Caterers need to prepare for the allergen laws: From December 2014, allergen information must be available to customers. Allergen information must be available for loose foods, those pre-packed for direct sales and those packed at the customer's request. A great tip for you to try: A chef recently contacted us to share his new idea. He is trialing a "Yorkshire Tapas" dish for his customers. A great dish to eat whilst watching the 6 nations rugby. Why not come up with one for your own county - Let us know how it goes.
